PETER WALTER BARKE

I have been a member of The Mercedes Benz Club since I bought my 1961 220 SEB in the 70’s and have been a Regional Officer for around 30 years for the Midlands North Region. This region was much larger then and involved a lot more travelling than it does now. In addition to regional shows and events, I have also organised national events - for a number of years I organised the club’s stand at the Stoneleigh 3 day County show and more recently our contribution to the Donington Festival - both great shows for members. The shows in our region are now starting up again after Covid, and want to ensure that they are well advertised in The Gazette enabling both old and new friends to come and join us.
